What happens after I place my order?
Within a week we have the core of your site up and running. That means you can log in and start writing your “About us” section! At the same time, we’ll be talking with you about the graphic design side of things. Then, we create your website’s look-and-feel; reworking it until you’re happy. Finally, we cut and code this design on top of the content you’ve been writing.
Can I host my site somewhere else?
Website Worker sites require a specific server configuration and therefore may not function properly on other hosting environments.
Who owns my website?
You own all of the content on your website. If you ever decide to cancel your service, you can download and take your content with you. However, the design and code that runs your site is proprietary to Website Worker. So, you will not be able to download and take that to another hosting environment.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Website Worker is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay for us to design and setup your site and then month-to-month for the service. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Can I change my site or add stuff to it?
Yes. Our sites are bult to be flexible. If you would like to add a completely new section, we can do that. If you need a member forum or multiple blogs, that’s available. If you want to accept payments on your website, we can set that up too. Get in touch with us through your dashboard tickets and we'll be happy to help.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a PO Box, invoice you or take an order over the phone.
